We’ve got a range of beautiful blends to choose from. In order to find your perfect match- we suggest ordering COLOR SAMPLES.
TIP: Hold color samples to these areas for the perfect match:
1) The underneath part of your hair for a darker tone
2) The top front section that frames your face

We accept exchanges or returns as long as the hair is still in it’s original black tied binding and the original packaging. Once the black tie binding has been removed, it’s no longer eligible for a return or exchange. We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused hair extensions for the U.S. only. Sorry, no exchanges or returns outside of the U.S. If you are not pleased with your purchase, contact our Customer Service Team for return instructions at howdy@cowgirlclipins.com
- Returns: Must be in original packaging with all tied binding intact. There’s a 20% restocking fee less shipping charges.
- Exchanges: Must also be in original packaging with tied binding intact. Exchanges are processed for the amount of the purchase price minus the shipping you selected.

We suggest storing your clip-ins in your complementary Turquoise Velvet Storage Bag, included in each order. Or, store in a cool dark cabinet away from light to prevent fading.
Extra storage bags are available for purchase, if needed.

We recommend you leave the coloring to the professional stylists.
Stylists- use only semi or demi-permanent hair color, and do not lift the color—only deposit it. Keep new color within two shades of the original. Always do a strand test first.

DO NOT swim with Clip-In Extensions. Chlorine and salt water can cause tangling and discoloration.
Steam from spas or jacuzzi's can also cause discoloration.
